Tornado Touchdown

Tropical Storm Warning was issued for the entire area in preparation for Tropical Storm ISAIAS. The storm arrived to the area about 530 am and with it came tornado warnings for the area. 

A tornado was indicated on radar and did make landfall just to the west of town. In the path of the tornato were several buildings to include homes, and businesses.

As a result one home was destroyed and another suffered sever damage. the storm also damaged the roof of business on RT 50 before it was over. 

1 person suffered minor injuries and was transported to PRMC via ambulance for observation. 

National Weather Service will be coming to the area to determine the magnitude of the storm.
