MVC with vehicle fire

Single occupant was out of vehicle and had crossed over the highway at time of arrival with minor injuries. The driver did have dogs with him at the time of the crash of which one fled the scene. Area residence spent several hours looking for the pet. At the time units cleared the scene the pet had not been found. If anyone finds a Black puppy lab with a red collar please contact he information that is posted on Facebook. 

Due to the location of the vehicle and issues getting it back to the roadway for removal, westbound Ocena Gateway was closed for approximately 4 hours. 

State highway was on the scene and will have extensive repair to guard rail that was damaged during the accident. 

Fire Units clered the scene approximately 1900 hrs.
